The Dog Shop — UK Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Standard processing time is 1–3 business days.

During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Sent via Royal Mail, Evri, or another trusted UK courier.

Express Delivery

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Express orders placed before 12pm are usually shipped the same day.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Any free-shipping promotions will automatically apply at checkout.

Price banded shipping rates: 
Any UK order under £50 there is a standard charge of £10 for delivery
Any UK order over £50 is eligible for free delivery

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
The Dog Shop is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
